Year 5 had an AWESOME time in computing this week with a special workshop run by PrepareRobo! We started the session with a great introduction into robotics from Toby, who brought his own robot in to show us. Toby explained how he created his robot and showed off some of its brilliant features! In the workshop, children learnt to build robots, integrating parts such as motors and sensors. Next they used a coding program to prepare their robots for battle. It was a brilliant experience for children and they had so much fun developing their impressive computing skills!
