Welcome to Oak class!

Step into Oak class where you’ll find a hive of activity and a range of inquisitive minds always looking to explore new things. In our cave of awe and wonder you will meet caring, thoughtful and passionate children who are learning enthusiasts and who are all amazingly unique. We love nothing more than to support each other throughout our learning whether that be in the classroom, on the sports field or up in our beautiful forest school area. The thing that really makes Oak class special is the community spirit have developed over the years – like a bright sun after a long, cold winter, we are a kind, warm and welcoming and are always ready to help.

Using our imaginations and creativity is something we LOVE doing every day and in class we love nothing more than tackling new challenges; jumping right in and diving deep to find hidden treasures in our learning. This may sound strange but we totally ENJOY making mistakes and using our growth mind-sets because it is the best ways to learn!

This year we are learning buddies for our new reception class and we are so excited about this. Across the school we aim to be THE BEST role models for everyone else taking responsibility, leading by example and being the ultimate super-learners!
