What an amazing morning! Thirty five excited children from years 3, 4, 5 and 6 went off to St Katherine’s School to take part in the first Marlborough Cluster Mini-Marathon.
As usual our children were fantastic role models and and displayed all the positive sporting values that we value in school.
All our children performed extremely well and the final team places were as follows; our Year 3&4 boys came second (by an agonizing 8 points!) our Year 3&4 girls came joint third with Great Bedwyn, our Year 5&6 girls also came second, but after a very tense count back, our Year 5&6 boys were announced the winners of their competition.
I am incredibly proud of all the children who took part, and look forward to going again next year if we get the opportunity.
