What a lovely first week back it has been. On Tuesday, we made pancakes and learned about Shrove Tuesday and Lent. On Thursday, we had a lovely time sharing books with different classes and choosing some new books to take home. Cherry Class and Oak Class came to visit and we even listened to a story with no pictures. It was very silly! We have also started our topic on growing. This week we have been thinking about babies, and how we grow from babies to children, then adults and then we become elderly. Children have enjoyed looking after the dolls, building obstacle courses to demonstrate their skills now they are older, drawing their family and writing the names of their family members.
