What a morning! Year 5 had the most fantastic time in the church yard on Wednesday morning. As part of the Churches Count on Nature project we were treated to a morning of exploration, we examined moths that had been trapped the night before, animal footprints, looked for slow worms and discussed how birds can be tracked and tagged. But perhaps the best of all was that we got to release the moths after we had looked at them.
