This week Elder Class have been channeling their inner engineer. They have worked so hard on producing their final product – a moving toy using a pneumatic mechanism (sounds impressive…doesn’t it).
Having spent time creating prototypes and then evaluating them, the children used a range of materials and tools to create their toys. We had football games with moving goal keepers, marble runs and car tracks….even a few houses with Father Christmas appearing from the chimney. They were awesome!
Finally, the children got to spend some time with Acorn Class so that they could put their toys to the test!
