Today, Elder and Rowan Classes had the most incredible day at Ufton Court exploring what life would have been like in Viking times. We spent the morning travelling the world in our long boat and raiding different countries. Then, attending ‘Viking Warrior School’ and learning to use weapons and shields.
After lunch, the children re-enacted the conflicts between the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons in Britain. There were some fierce battles with the mornings’ fighting skills on show.
