This term, we’ve been exploring just how amazing everyone around us is, starting with ourselves! We’ve been thinking about how our families are amazing, how our friends are amazing, how we are amazing Acorns and this week we’ve been lucky to welcome some amazing visitors into our class!
On Wednesday, we had the wonderful Jonathan Jungle, who brought along some of his fascinating creatures and minibeasts. We learned all about the animals and even had the chance to touch and hold some of them! There were brave hands and lots of brilliant questions.
Then on Thursday, we met the amazing Georgie, a vet who specialises in caring for horses. She told us all about her job, how she helps animals and the special tools she uses.
