We had such a fun morning in the sun today, exploring the village with the help of a map with grid references. The children have been learning about physical and human features in Geography, so we went out to spot as many of these in the village as we could. The children were super spotters and we soon had lists of what we’d seen. They also enjoyed taking photos of all these features, which we printed when we got back to school. The children then labelled the photos and we made a class book! Thanks so much to our amazing volunteer helpers- we couldn’t have done it without you.
