We have continued our work on Growing and this week we have been thinking about farm animals, how we get our food, baby animals and what they need to grow. Children have been building farms and making animals with junk modelling. Children have been choosing which vegetables to grow and our seeds are now all planted: beetroot, radish, tomatoes, courgettes and more. There has been lots of creating and problem solving in busy time with water channels, mud jumping and sweeping.
