In our RE lessons we have been learning about special places. This week we learned about different churches and how they look different all around the world. We found out that churches usually have the same things inside: an alter, candles, a cross, a font amongst others. Our buddies took us to visit St Michael’s Church to see if we could find them and to tell us about why they were there. We were very lucky that Sparklers let us join in with their songs, too. Afterwards the children were inspired to make crosses and churches in their busy time. Our dinosaur world even had a cross!
