In PSHE this term, we have been exploring “Being Me In My World”. This week, we explored how to work brilliantly in a group, building towers as a team. After trying this out without being given any roles, we built more towers with each team member assigned different roles such as time keeper or designer. The difference, not only in the quality of towers built, but the way in which the children worked was enormous! Everyone felt so much happier and worked so much more successfully as a result of their roles. Great team work, Rowan!
