What a wonderful, wonderful afternoon of performance poetry. Our esteemed judges were completely wowed by every single class and every single child who stood up and performed their hearts out today!
Children were brave and determined as well as being completely brilliant using a range of voices, actions, props and costumes to really bring their poems to life.
We love celebrating the wonderful world of poems every year on World Book Day – such a happy way to spend the afternoon.
