Over the last couple of weeks, we have been thinking about what makes each of us special and unique. We have enjoyed exploring books including A Superhero Like You, Max, and Emergency!. We have also been lucky enough to welcome some everyday superheroes into school, including a vet, a civil engineer, and a paediatrician, who shared information about their important jobs. Acorn Class showed amazing respect to our visitors by listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and making clever links between the information shared and their own experiences. Its been great to see the children embedding these ideas in their busy time. We are so proud of them all!
