This week in History, we have been exploring the Iron Age! We learnt how iron gave its name to the Iron Age period and how it became the most commonly used metal. We investigated how trade increased during this time, it’s importance and how it changed people’s lives. We then had a go at trading and bartering ourselves by playing a game in which we traded iron, wheat, tools, sheep and fire!
