We had a wonderful time being explorers and collectors in Birch this week as we took inspiration from the great Andy Goldsworthy and headed up to the field to look for some natural materials to create our very own land art with. There was great excitement as we hunted for cool leaves, twigs, flowers, feathers and more! We then took our findings back to class and discussed composition before working with our partners to create some very beautiful, unique pieces. We thought about colours, shapes and sizes and it was very exciting to see how they all turned out!
