In Acorn Class, we have been learning about the Easter Story, and it has inspired lots of creativity!
The children have been busy making their own Easter gardens, using a mix of art materials, natural items and their imaginations!
Some children had fun with junk modelling, using masking tape and PVA glue to join recycled materials together, creating tombs, crosses and paths. They also added collage with tissue paper and natural items like stones, twigs and flowers to reflect the story.
Others used wooden blocks and loose parts to build their gardens on the carpet, whilst some children took their creativity outdoors, using leaves, flowers, and other natural items they found outside.
