What an exciting start to the week we had! When the rain arrived on Monday, so did The Great Flood! The children couldn’t wait to get outside and explore the watery world that appeared before them. With laughter and squeals of delight, they splashed, waded, and created imaginative games inspired by the flood. It was wonderful to see how their creativity and storytelling skills came to life.
By Tuesday, the forest had been transformed once again—this time into the home of our famous mudslides! The children embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, developing their physical skills, balance, and confidence as they slid, climbed, and laughed their way through the mud. Afterwards, inspired by our classroom clay work, the children brought their artistic skills outdoors, creating beautiful clay art using natural materials they found in the forest. Their focus, collaboration, and pride in their creations were a joy to see.
Another fantastic few days of curiosity, creativity, and adventure—come rain or shine, our children continue to make the most of every learning opportunity nature provides!
