St Michael’s Weekly Post
21st March 2025
We started this week off with an informative visit from the team at Energy Sparks, who are a brilliant company that the School Council work with to reduce our energy and gas consumption as well as making the school more eco-friendly. The whole school experienced an assembly to explore what energy is and how we can save it. Thank you to the team for sharing this important information with us.
Cherry class had a lovely afternoon on the field this week practicing their golf skills, it was the perfect weather for it and it is great to see them gaining confidence with their swings!
Thank you to everyone who made it to our charity fun run event this morning! It was wonderful to see the field full of so many families and friends, raising money for two important charities. A huge thank you to everyone who donated so generously for World Down Syndrome Day and Comic Relief, we raised over £900!
Parents Evening
We are looking forward to seeing you all at parents evening next week on Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th March in school. If you are yet to do so, please book via the Reach More Parents (Weduc) app, under the menu area. Please select the Parent Evening globe, which will then take you to the Schoolcloud booking system.

Brass Ensemble
A note for the Brass Ensemble to remind them that they are playing at the nursing home on Wednesday morning so they will need to have their solo music with them.
