Here in Elder class, we have been working really hard with Mrs Englefield to design and produce our own hand puppets! The whole process has involved learning, designing, planning, and evaluating our projects to create something that we are super proud of.
We have learnt many new sewing techniques (backstitch seems to be a class favourite), and everyone worked incredibly hard to persevere and really commit to the project, even on the tricky parts!
Some children enjoyed this new skill so much, that they took the excitement home and created their own masterpieces as well as the puppets at school, which was so lovely to see.
