Another sunny afternoon in the forest this week! The children started off thinking about the 4 seasons and choosing from a range of colours and fabrics to represent them. There was lots of interesting discussions about whether blue reperesented the bright sky on a sunny summers day or an icy-winter colour. As always, the children were amazingly busy – they enjoyed adapting the mud slide to be more slippery with some great problem-solving ideas as well as digging, exploring, appreciating the strange shapes of nature, building new dens and face painting!
