Cherries have had another fab week! We had a wonderful time creating our seascapes in Art. Inspired by Hannah Rae and Alice Kettle, we have been working on using colours and textures from nature to capture the mood of the ocean.
This week we painted onto our fabric and tried out mixing paint and water straight onto the canvas to create a sense of movement. Some Cherries created tranquil calm sunsets, while others chose more dramatic stormy sea scenes. Next week we will add to them with embroidery!
