Hazel Class have had great fun this week, cutting and dehydrating fruit (thanks to The Stibbard family for the loan of the dehydrator!). We were investigating different dried fruits that we might like to include in our final flapjack recipes. We prepared the fruit, dried it and conducting taste testing today. We even created a bar chart to show our findings. Some fruits were definitely more successful and popular than others!
