Kennet House Day

On Friday 30th November, Kennet House ran a wonderful day to raise money for King George VI Centre for children with disabilities in Bulawayo. Sue Rodd shared with us lots of information about the centre and the amazing work they do to provide an education for children who typically have physical disabilities. Throughout the afternoon, the whole school got to sample the challenges that these determined and resilient children face, such as writing by using our mouths, three legged races and an egg and spoon race using just our mouth! We raised a total of £227.24, a fantastic achievement for a fantastic cause!
