This afternoon, we explored the names for the different parts of a plant, including the stigma and the anther. Using a magnifying glass we then examined old flowers to see if we could find the different parts and had a go at drawing a plant and labelling it.
There were quite a few sneezes in the classroom, but we had great fun dissecting the plants! Thank you very much for all the flower donations we received today.
