What a day!! Today has been a day of great team spirit, determination and massive fun!
We started off by slowly rising from our slumber after a good long sleep…
The action began with some problem solving in the heart of the forest…
Mrs Parmiter showed Mr J how it’s done…
“If you go down to the woods today…”
Next up was raft building…
Some creations were brilliantly successful whilst others were brilliantly… interesting!

After a picnic lunch it was time for tree climbing! The photos don’t do the heights the children reached any justice – think St. Michael’s church tower and then some. Although there were some nerves beforehand, everyone was amazing, reaching and surpassing their own goals – we were so proud of our gang!
After that we took part in the smugglers challenge…
We finished the day with a very atmospheric swim at sunset!
After swimming it was dark and chilly so it was back to the house for showers, hot chocolate, PJ’s and card games before bed!
