We welcomed Danny Kruger, Conservative MP for Devizes and Cllr James Sheppard, Wiltshire Council’s chairman (and ex St Michael’s pupil) for a tour of the school last Friday 3rd November. They thoroughly enjoyed their visit meeting our passionate staff and happy pupils. They were particularly engaged in learning how the school operates, being shown the our forest school, play-based Early Years learning, how important the community support is and how they can play a role in it.
“Walking around St Michael’s it is clear to see that this school is a special place, allowing children to learn and grow. The school’s adoption of its continuous provision is amazing to see in action and the teachers speak so passionately about every aspect of school life. Thank you to all the staff, governors and pupils for the warm welcome and for taking the time to show me around.” Danny Kruger MBE, Devizes Conservative MP
