Children’s Mental Health Week

As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, adults in school have been sharing the activities that they do to help their own mental health. We’ve had gardening,  bridge, dance, reading, art, yoga and even a Taylor Swift themed club!  The children have loved learning different activities with the adults and it has lead to some great discussions in school about how we can look after our own mental health.  Huge thanks to all of the adults who have worked hard over lunchtimes to put these clubs together.
