Busy, busy children in Elm Class!

The children in Elm class have had a very busy couple of weeks! They have been taking part in the virtual sports day. In the forest on Thursday, they “crossed the river”, using their problem solving skills to find a way across. Today, they showed just how active they all are by using the PE equipment to create some different games. We saw cricket, amazing tennis skills and golf (with tennis rackets!). Elm have earned lots of points for their year groups and houses!

Elm have been enjoying lots of time in the woods whatever the weather! From den building to mud pie baking to crafting, the children have been incredibly busy! In last week’s wet weather, a mud slide proved very popular!

This week, Elm class have also proven to be wonderful poets, writing kennings about British wildlife!
