Elder Class have settled back into school life brilliantly after the Christmas holidays. This week in DT, we have begun exploring sewing. The children have been practicing different types of knots, including a granny knot and learning how to thread a needle. Some children found creating the different knots quite challenging, but everyone showed great perseverance and determination!
In maths, we have been learning about factor pairs. The children used counters to help them create and explore different factor pairs, which really supported their understanding. It was lovely to see them working practically and discussing their ideas with confidence.
