Cherry class have had lots of fun this week. In Science we continued our investigations into light and had a go at creating (and capturing!) shadows – which we also explored through pair work in PE. In Art, inspired by the performance art of Heather Hanson, we had a go at some large scale charcoal performance pieces of our own. We celebrated Molly’s birthday with the Birthday Bear and started figuring out how to partition 1000s in Maths. Our spelling challenge was to think of ‘wh’ words and we managed to beat Ms S… coming up with a total of 8 new words! Well done Cherries!
