This week we moved onto the next phase of our sculpture project- exploring materials and deigning our boats, making sure they were stable and waterproof! We discussed the different materials and their suitability, talking about the pros and cons of each. Some children started to build their boats and as you can see from the pictures, there was some brilliant discussion, collaboration and making going on.
