First, we went outside as a class to put in place the painted flowers, insect houses and bug hotels that we made in the summer. We loved making these decorations, especially as this happened before we even had a rain garden! So it was really exciting to be outside putting them in their final places. We hope they brighten up the garden and that they make you smile in the morning?
Importantly, we then enjoyed saying a big St Michael’s thank you for our wonderful rain garden. We are very grateful that such a beautiful garden is in OUR school and we feel very lucky that we get to see it every day.
