Welcome to Year 4 Elder Class! We had the most amazing first week in school getting to know each other.
We spoke about growth mindset and tried building card houses to experience and understand what failure feels like and how important being resilient is…wow, they were tricky!!!
We also spent time reflecting on Oliver Jeffers’ amazing story ‘What we’ll build’. The children designed their perfect room – a place to go to escape all the madness of the busy world we live in. Then we set to work and constructed models of our rooms. The children have worked so hard and have impressed us all so much! We’ll let the pictures to the rest of the talking.
