St Michael’s Weekly Post
14th March 2025
Rowan class had a brilliant time at the Marlborough Rugby Club this week participating in a tag rugby festival against lots of other local schools. It was an especially important day for them as they debuted the new St Michael’s sports kit! They played some amazing tag rugby – full of tries, draws, losses and victories – but always demonstrating the most incredible sportsmanship.
Acorn class have been learning about having a balanced diet and exploring different fruits and vegetables. The children had so much fun cutting, squeezing and smelling all of the different foods. Thank you parents for the donations!
Elder class have been working really hard to design and produce their own hand puppets! The whole process involved learning, designing, planning and finally using their sewing techniques to create them. It has been wonderful to see their creations!
Willows hosted a Ukraine themed afternoon on Thursday, creating flags and pictures in the blue and yellow colours as well as enjoying a traditional Ukrainian meal. Thank you so much to Yuliia for cooking up a storm for them all!
We hope everyone has a brilliant time at the disco tonight! Thank you so much to the PTA and all our wonderful parents who have given up their time to make it all happen!
