Rowan class had an amazing day at the Natural History and Pitts River museums in Oxford today. Despite being delayed on the coach, we had such an interesting time exploring fossils, minerals, and real and stuff animals in the morning before heading to the Pitts River museum in the afternoon. Here we explored the Mayans, looking at artefacts to work out what they were, before designing our own headdresses, which were an integral part of Mayan fashion. Thank you so much to the amazing teams at both museums for providing us with such an interesting and exciting day!
