St. Michael’s Weekly Post – 11th January 2019
Please note, diary dates on the website will be updated by the end of Monday 14th January 2019
Notices
11th January 2019
Year 1 will be learning lots of new sounds over the next few months, and as such, we would like to reintroduce a sound tin so that children can practice and reinforce these sounds at home. Please can you provide a small tin/pot that children can bring in to school for this purpose – the one they had in reception will be fine if you still have it!
Volunteers: Can you spare any time during the school day, even 15 minutes just to read with one child would be an enormous help. If you can help, please let the office know.
Reception Milk: A reminder that once a child has reached their 5th birthday, milk is no longer provided free of charge. If you would like your child to continue receiving milk you can order it online at https://www.coolmilk.com/
Water bottles: If you have any spare 500ml water bottles, please can you bring them into the office.
Reminder: Please let the class teacher or the office know if your child is being collected by someone else at the end of the school day.
