We had a great time in P.E this week! To start with, our awesome Sports Leaders took charge of our warm up with a brilliant skipping session! After that it was into the hall to continue to work on our dance/parkour skills. We used equipment to develop different methods of travelling/moving and assessed our own risk when choosing which apparatus to use. After that, we practised leap-frogging (safely!). Our next task is to combine these skills to create a routine.
