We had a fabulous afternoon in the woods on Friday, it was the perfect way to end the term!
We started the session by sitting in the log circle together listening to a lovely story read by Mrs Maslin. We chatted about the signs of spring and discovered Daffodils were starting to appear. Next we were off to play and explore! We climbed trees, relaxed in hammocks, explored the big fallen tree, played games, carved sticks and made God’s Eyes! Mrs Maslin lit a fire so we could have some delicious treats. We had hot chocolate, toasted marshmallows and even S’mores!
The afternoon was filled with fun, laughter and adventure and we are looking forward to returning to Forest School again after the half term holiday!
