What a final day! Rowan were completely incredible once again. After another hearty breakfast (waffles today!), the room inspectors paid another visit to check that packing and stripping of beds was going smoothly. We split into our groups once again, one groups spending the morning tackling the leap of faith and the climbing wall, the other enjoying some time on the canal. The climbers were phenomenal, climbing the leap of faith with very little fear – no easy feat! Meanwhile, the canoers were similarly awesome, quickly getting to grips with the complexities of steering and going forwards before playing some very exciting games. We enjoyed another delicious lunch before packing our last few bits and climbing aboard the bus back to Aldbourne. Year 5, it has been a joy to take you to Braeside. Not only have you been extraordinarily resilient in tackling every challenge but you have been so kind to your friends, so supportive and caring. What an amazing bunch you are!
